What I will say is that although I am a big Ducati fan, I'm typically skeptical of Euro brands because of unreliability, but this Brutale is gorgeous. I feel like almost all other naked/streetfighter bikes take a futuristic, angular and robotic aesthetic but they lack a geometric principle that gives them a cohesive design. The Z900 looks like it has a big head, etc. But this Brutale looks well-proportioned and like everything is dense and tucked in nicely. Truly a beautiful bike.
MV Agusta's design team is sooo goooooood they design the bikes like a piece of art and the brutale is no joke its way better than the streetfighter v4s imo

Its a work of art. Only the people who have eyes to adore something artistic will say its worth the value. And I damn well value MV Agusta, from looks to design elements to sound notes. I may not be able to own something like this, but it won't stop me ever to value the beauty from each & every one of MV Agusta's masterpieces.
The bike is BEYOND beautiful, and absolute proof that manufacturers CAN make a beautiful exhaust silencer that doesn’t look like a giant trash can stapled to the side of the bike

MV Agusta definitely took a step ahead of everyone in design.
You're also buying the brand, the exclusivity etc.... I mean it's a a MV AGUSTA. The looks the overall... For me it s totally worth the price.

I love the MV Agusta electronics, they're not restrictive and allows adjustment like throttle sensitivity, engine breaking and engine response. All of these settings are typically mutually exclusive between road and track.
Great review dude. I use to have a Brutale 800 a few years back. MV is an amazing brand but I’m not sure if I can bet on them at this point. There’s zero dealer support in New York and I’ve seen the company nearly go under several times. That makes me very nervous but I do love that RR. 🤤🤤🤤

I would need years of experience to get on that bike.
I have been eating little, stopped going out for more than a year(covid helped) saving up with everything I have for a new bike for a while now and I can sell my 2020 R3 to get something new but with only a year of experience I dont know what to do. R3 really doesnt do the trick for me anymore I can hardly pass cars with it. I can make a downpayment on burtale 800 or something similar after selling the r3 and finance it for a few years and have the bike for years to come and Im really tempted to do something stupid like that but I know I cant handle the bike or any other bike in that category. I'll probably buy some 600, whatever I end up buying will depreciate on value over the years and I will end up losing money in the long run. I'll start saving for the brutale 1000 tho, maybe I can have one 10 years later lol
Taint-saver groove in the seat is a luxury and life saver. I spent almost $300 on my Saddlemen Motorcycle Seat for my 2015.Gix.750 and it was my 2nd favorite upgrade after the Brembo 19 RCS Master Cylinder.. loved em both. Entire bike was modified, even dyno tuned ignition and fuel for many hours by a MotoGP shop and those were my favorite mods because the seat is always relieving pressure on your crotch but helps with the lower back a bit because it absorbs more of that vibration. Highly recommend quality notorcycle seats with that center groove.
Blud, I've been drooling over this since the day you showed this to me in your eicma coverage. Please bring this up in your podcast. Make it over an hour long and yes compare it with Ducati. Also you have shown us another video from eicma, it's the Aprilia RS 660. Can't wait for that review and a subsequent podcaar.

@@supernovaremnants the bike's pretty tall, I think the seat height is around 850 mm. My inseam is only 800. My feet won't even touch the ground.

I some what agree. While I’d love to own the Brutale 1000rr, for me it’s almost too much... especially because I’d rather have the f4. It’s still drop dead gorgeous though!👌
Xavier Garno I get myself into plenty of trouble with my 600RR and MT09. I’ve considered getting an MT10 or something with more power, but I stick with the less powerful bikes to limit my ability to get myself killed and another very large factor is insurance rates. Anything with a lot of power just costs far too much to insure.
David I hear ya. My cousin had an MT09 and he actually just sold it because of similar reasons. That thing was hella fast so I can’t even imagine riding a 1000 with over 200hp.

I could name drop but I won’t. Let’s just say I was racing at Phillip Island on the day when Foggy had , possibly is last race when he came off in what was not “a normal” spot on the track. I was there and I was also racing.

If we are talking value the street fighter V4S the top trim doesn’t even get a single piece of carbon fibre as standard though it offers same level of equipment, if you looking into getting equivalent carbon bodywork like the MV for your street fighter it’ll easily run you a cool £5K at least

the art and beauty of that bike is beyond comprehension. The ducati v4 s & streetfighter v4 has at least 2 things missing that this bike has: 1) 5" TFT display and ....2) cruise control. Bonus: This bike has an upright riding position for long distance riding that the other two ducati's could only dream of..

i own a Z H2 and i would give it up in a second for a Brut 1000RR in the Fluo Yellow scheme. problem is the nearest Agusta dealer is 10 hours away. Dreams.
even if my F4 left me stranded during my first ride i still am a massive fan of MV and there is no other brand that does what MV does better. sure there are better track bikes or more comfortable road bikes but like you said, the people who buy these bikes want them to look like 27k.
and in my honest but biased opinion, the streetfighter just doesnt look as good.

Michael, that is a fine choice. Comfortable, reliable and 160hp. Also can tour, track and commute whithout breaking your spine or bank balance.

I have the 2018 mt10. No electronic suspension but love it. It does everything i ask of it. You'll enjoy it as well. Plus Yamaha unlike MV have'nt been reported to be going broke twice in the last 5years. Came from an Aprillia 750 V twin, great bike but was awkward to tour on. But most importantly when things went wrong with it.
It was hard to get parts for. Im in Australia by the way. Japanese reliability and utility won the day.
@@yimmeistaryimmeistar7239 Took an MT out for a half day test ride. Got some sunshine (unusual for N. West England !) and some rain (not unusual for N.West England !), did all kinds of roads, all kinds of traffic and was blown away by the bike. Genuinely could not fault it, it is a truly brilliant machine.

Prob is all that power band is way up in the rev range and for low down normal stuff there are other bikes more equipped like S1000RR. However, this is an awesome looking machine. I've seen other reviews saying you will be lucky to get 100 mile range out of a tank. If I could afford one would I? Hell yeah 😈🤘👍
Harley should design bikes like this at around $9 - 12k and many young people will buy them. Of course, no reason to be more than 100 hp (Even 70-80 hp will be plenty in my opinion). Although my riding skill level will NOT be able to utilize 204 hp of this bike, but I would love to have it if I could afford it... What a beautiful bike!!
The only thing I wish was that this had a V4 or a big Twin. I hate inline 4’s.. and that’s coming from someone who has CBR1000’s and 600’s and loved them... but then owned a couple Ducati’s, and a Harley, and a VFR.

Looks great unlike the Ducati which looks like a dropped Superbike.....MV Augusta are getting on it styling wise and making some neat machines.
I own MV Agusta F3 and its great but this looks like one of the aggressive bad boy and hard to handle.
I don't know whether it's hard to handle, I used my friend's KTM Superduke 1290r for a week before buying my bike and it's really aggressive and I think this MV Agusta dragster is an aggressive one.
If you are beginner don't be scared of buying high powered motorbikes. As long as you respect your bike and ride carefully, the bike will respect you as well. No matter the power of the bike. The first bike I ever bought as a beginner was Suzuki Hayabusa. Everyone told me that I was going to kill myself with that thing. 5 years later I am still alive and my Hayabusa reached 50,000 mile yesterday. Now I own 3 bikes Suzuki Hayabusa, Ducati Daivel and MV Agusta F3.
This most riders desires to own it because of the beautiful design and rawness but not necessarily you needed it and most important part is not many peoples able to forked out £27k + for a naked bikes just for fun 🤷🏻♂️ but for sure “ Money definitely able to buy Happiness “ 😂
It's not a bike but a piece of art. If I had the money, then this would be my naked machine.
My best friend purchased this bike, sure is gorgeous, I in the other hand purchased the 2020 1290 R Super Duke. Simply put he's has buyer's remorse, but he can afford it so it's just another bike in his collection. This bike is so uncomfortable after 30 minutes, that we always got pull over. Nothing under 6K.
Which one is uncomfortable? Of the two how you feel on them?
