Appreciate how honest Bernard is every time... Seen so many (every) manager/s fail with the 3 or 5 at back formation. You end up with a glut of Centre Half's & No Full backs at the club. The defence now looks scared, your asking them to do week in week out something they can't do. It's that simple... These names left for various reasons why but go get that calibre and you will survive.
