From someone with zero power anything experience, am still completely unable to convert the lovely webpabe to ‘production’ mode. Super frustrating. Am global admin etc. have M365 and M power apps licenses per Azure AD. Greatly appreciate any help. We have SharePoint where we can include Power Apps, and now we are coming up with Power Portals. Why is the Power Portal, Why the organization should adopt for Power Portal as we already have SharePoint Online.

Webpart experience here is similar to SharePoint's modern experience. I can see that in power pages, data is getting saved to dataverse but in SharePoint, inside the site itself. Please clear my doubts.
Is there functionality to share? For example lets say an AD user of a team or business unit has created a record. Now that member would like to share the record with other team members of the same team ; moreover the other team members can edit and read the record. Is this feasible?

The language that portals (pages) uses is liquid.

Forms and Pages are 2 completely different services. Best to check documentation and licensing associated with both.

I believe there is a limit of 7 inner loops. But if you are building a flow that does that, you need to relook at your architecture.

Your data storage assumption is correct.
SharePoint is for intranets.
Power Pages is for extranets and anonymous websites.
