Not the luggage rack!!!! You crushed the luggage rack on the 69 Ford wagon! Oh well you probably don't have time to save it all! You just crushed a Buick Century Estate wagon, and a Chevy Celebrity Estate Wagon! Those cars are babe magnets! The women love them !!! JK
The second vehicle is a mid-1970s Mercury Colony Park with woodgrain. In their day they were well-built cars that were real status symbols. The rest of the vehicles are typical 1980s throw-away junk from the Big 3.
What's funny is I have downstairs the inflatable mattress that goes in the back of the late sixties station wagons. They were fitted with the rear facing seat folded down. They were fun party wagons and could haul lots of friends. Or camp out with your babe just get the windows fogged up and you. Had some privacy.
They are too far gone. The Ford Town & Country wagon was severely rotted. Not worth restoring. Judging from the plant life , it had been there a good while.
That's what I've said. I had a guy tell me a price for a part that was more than it cost new. I told him that it was worth more to him than it was to me, and I bought the part new.
Gary Langley I agree with you 💯 on that, same thing where I am, he's charging you for the part plus labor for his guy to break it while taking it off the car, because they don't want anyone to go into the yard, luckily we have a few pull a part, yards now where you can find parts cheap, and take them off yourself.
I have never seen a square body S10 rust in half like that. Imports, sure, their frames were like paper even when fairly new but the S trucks were quite robust for a small truck.
yes hello junkyard.. im calling today because im trying to find a 1989 chevy celebterty estate wagon.. i need the trim for the whole right side.. i know there very expensive but if you had the whole car i could pay you about 20$ each piece.. my classic car got hit... YA SORRY MR. WE JUST CRUSHED THE WHOLE CAR YESTERDAY.. WE SCRAPPED THE WHOLE CAR N GOT 100$ FOR THE WEIGHT.. SORRY.. BYE.. ... classics gone forever..
im was making an example.. in 30 years if you need parts we wont have themm.. if we crushed every mopar from the 70s.. they would be all gone... these are time machines ..
A station wagon with a tree growin out of it. How long has it taken them to get around to crushing that shit? That car has been sitting there for 30 years.
You can't restore every car or truck you see going into the crusher. That is impracticle and it would be too expensive. out with the old, in with the new. But keep some of the good old cars.
YOURE NUTS, THAT GUY WAS SLOW AF AND COULDNT MAKE A TIGHT LOAD IF HE HAD INSTRUCTIONS .... I WOULD FIRE HIM IN THE FIRST 10 MINUTES.....DONE IT BEFORE.....
I just get all my parts off Amazon. Originial or a taiwain copy, I don't care. Got my whole taillight lens for $25. The garage wanted to charge me $75.
I found this video "very relaxing", and enjoyed the skill of the fork lift operator. All those vehicles deserved to be crushed. They'll make a great selection of washing machines. Thanks for sharing.
8:12 the front header panel from the Buick Century is missing. I used to go to the junkyards and buy these for my neighbor's. They didn't like the front of their cars LOL! I swear I pull about 3 of these things.
hey everyone...i actually have a wagon i am restoring. Having a hard time finding replacement tail light driver side on a 93 oldsmobile cutlass cruiser wagon. Southern car. Cant find parts as the oldsmobile is rare i guess. Anyone help me find a drivers side rear tail light to fit it please?
1st wagon, hmm 80's or 90's as no woodgrain but not finny enough to be 50's 60's and no woodgrain so not 70's imma say late 80's last gen wagon, looks to of been picked clean front wise doors might be okay just depends of they've rotted out, 2nd wagon WAY TO GONE! pritty much only fit for scrap sad mid 70's as it has woodgrain sides, roof bars still on which is odd unless there after market then junk, 3rd one hay that's not a wagon that's truck (70's ish datsun or toyota of some kind) too far gone as it in two parts so its junk, 4th one looked okay, unless it had major hidden rust or the engine was toast, 5th one pritty much well used and rusted out in all the normal places, arches, doors, sad to see a earily 80's wagon go, aw no end pancakes
The Hill Billys in "Wrong Turn" film number 50 have finally got a car crusher for all those holiday maker cars 👍
JK
Holy stationwagons!! Love it!!!
At one time, every one of those cars was someone's bright and shiny new pride and joy.
This has got to be among the best jobs ever. I could watch this all day.
The second vehicle is a mid-1970s Mercury Colony Park with woodgrain. In their day they were well-built cars that were real status symbols. The rest of the vehicles are typical 1980s throw-away junk from the Big 3.
Nah man, Ford LTD wagons were good
"Hey, load up that old wagon in the back" - Ok, I brought a tree with it too...
The second car to be crushed the Mercury wagon looked far to flimsy to be saved. Shame they crushed the bush as well.
Omg that mercury wagon. Childhood memories. I am a zoomer but we had that car near the end of its life. We called it the crappy car.
They crushed that beautiful Mercury wagon. Unbelievable all it needed was a new frame some minor body work and a buff and polish.
if it needs a new frame then you essentially need a new car
@@marshill88 agree
why is it scrapped??? because it just needs a frame and a buff, nah, scrap it and make something useful out of it
I love the sarcasm lol that thing was rust being held together by paint
Some rubbing compound would work wonders right?
Man a Mercury station wagon to bad they didn't take care of it. I haven't seen one in ages
Right at the start of the video I got,"Roads? Where we are going, we dont need roads." in my head lol
What's funny is I have downstairs the inflatable mattress that goes in the back of the late sixties station wagons. They were fitted with the rear facing seat folded down. They were fun party wagons and could haul lots of friends. Or camp out with your babe just get the windows fogged up and you. Had some privacy.
Why does the "woody" at 2:51 remind me of the scene in National Lampoon's vacation?
That made me cry.
That ford wagon was actually improved by the crusher.
I love custom body work.
aww..the ""family truckster "
1:57 Now look at how sturdy and rigid that body is! True American quality lol.
Just curious, do you have a remote control that controls the crushing machine or is there someone standing next to it pushing the buttons? Thank you!
all the ones I have seen use remotes.
Waiting for the members of " what a shame you could have sold those windows" and "you idiot that wagon could be restored" clubs to come and complain
OH MY GOD THEM RADIATOR PIPES COULDA BEEN SOLD!1!1! Annoying isnt it?
They could have been though.
Bruno Manfredini crush it !!!
crush em , make room for more stuff to crush
What about that steering wheel and the brake lines and don`t forget about the lid for the glove box.
That's just (not) irresponsible.
Forklift operator runs it like my brother. Lol
Omg that tree could have been saved and put to good use 😳
andy morrey *you're saving environment!!!*
They are too far gone. The Ford Town & Country wagon was severely rotted. Not worth restoring. Judging from the plant life , it had been there a good while.
Those olds cutlass ciera wagons were pretty popular
that old ford wagon would have been ether a decent resto or a mad max style car XD
Everything goes through the crusher: Trees, plywood, tires, tarps. I guess it's all sorted out by he shredder.
Oh oh the griswalds truckster being crush.
I always wondered in these videos why the forklift guy felt the need to push in every single doorframe.
It's to prevent the car from crushing outward
When you crush a car you crush all the problems away that the car had.
That's why I have a love/hate relationship with cars.
The yellow mercury reminded me the 76 country squire my parents owned. Great car have great memories of that car. It met the final end years ago.
That second vehicle was a saggin wagon not a shaggin wagon 😂
Dang, I've been looking for a rear window deflector like the one on that Mercury!
I wonder about all the parts being destroyed when this is done.
if junkyards would lower the prices on parts less would be scrapped
That's what I've said. I had a guy tell me a price for a part that was more than it cost new. I told him that it was worth more to him than it was to me, and I bought the part new.
Gary Langley I agree with you 💯 on that, same thing where I am, he's charging you for the part plus labor for his guy to break it while taking it off the car, because they don't want anyone to go into the yard, luckily we have a few pull a part, yards now where you can find parts cheap, and take them off yourself.
I have had the same thing,
Yards like that now are getting rare, in fact where I live, They have practically all closed down sadly.
I have never seen a square body S10 rust in half like that. Imports, sure, their frames were like paper even when fairly new but the S trucks were quite robust for a small truck.
Those old boats gives alot of metal so it’s good to recycle them
What is the last true wagon? The roadmaster, or the Taurus. I think the roadmaster
9:52 My father-in-law would have paid 100 $ for that tail light cover!
Nice old dungers crushing action, relaxing to watch.
Mother nature is just too eager to take these cars back, she will even try to grow trees thru them.
Did the hire the local drunk to drive the loader?
Oh no that tree is getting crushed!
The first wagon: were those front wheels VTOL?
There goes some great RV's.
Damn! I lost my virginity in that last car! 😂
Would've liked to have the motor out of the first wagon, probably a H.O. 5.0L
It was probably some 6 cylinder or at most a 4.2L V8.
Wait for the.."that could of been restored" comments
The Wagon Queen Truckster won't be going to Walley World anytime soon.
yes hello junkyard.. im calling today because im trying to find a 1989 chevy celebterty estate wagon.. i need the trim for the whole right side.. i know there very expensive but if you had the whole car i could pay you about 20$ each piece.. my classic car got hit... san379 a celebrity a classic? Then if you think that call a salvage yard.
Restoring a Chevy Celebrity?
That's like restoring a roll of used toilet paper.
im was making an example.. in 30 years if you need parts we wont have themm.. if we crushed every mopar from the 70s.. they would be all gone... these are time machines ..
roll of toliet paper haha
Chevy Celebrity’s were beaters when they were new. They may be an antique, but they are hardly a classic.
A station wagon with a tree growin out of it. How long has it taken them to get around to crushing that shit? That car has been sitting there for 30 years.
wow nice truck
Waiting for some hippie to say they should have saved and hoarded that wagon. The first wagon.
That mustard-colored S-10...
Was it all twisted up like that because of an accident, severe rust, or a combination of the two?
I would probably say rust. It looks like it detached, and they just brought both parts of it in together.
So long Griswald family truckster
You can't restore every car or truck you see going into the crusher. That is impracticle and it would be too expensive. out with the old, in with the new. But keep some of the good old cars.
Too bad they don't make station wagons anymore.
The Griswold collection 😆😆😆
Ouch, this huts my heart. So much rust!!!
i thought they took the wheels off the car before crushing. dont they sell for a good amount?
Those wheels too old. They only save aluminium wheels that fit modern cars and trucks.
Poor waggies
Will u be making more videos soon
Fork lift operator has some very good skills , there's a guy with plenty of time behind the controls and knows what he's doing
YOURE NUTS, THAT GUY WAS SLOW AF AND COULDNT MAKE A TIGHT LOAD IF HE HAD INSTRUCTIONS .... I WOULD FIRE HIM IN THE FIRST 10 MINUTES.....DONE IT BEFORE.....
Griswald wagon 's day at the recycler.
That square body s10 was cherry
I just get all my parts off Amazon. Originial or a taiwain copy, I don't care. Got my whole taillight lens for $25. The garage wanted to charge me $75.

joe quinlan no they do not the LTD just needs a front bumper+ fenders and a new engines and boom you restored it
This is sad
What kind of wagon is that woody 1?
I collect licence plates id love to score some old ones
The station wagon edition. I really wanted to see a crappy Grand Safari wagon like the one that was pawned on me as my first car getting crushed. 😡
99 percent of them today are at your local fair getting crushed
Crush it!!
Crush it bro.
Why do people destroy classic cars I don't understand they could have been saved instead of crushing them
my 2000 dodge ram needs go in here
There's a sub model that's got my name in it. I think it was the Caprice line. Country Squire.
Anyone else notice the big spider at 3:15 crawl up and back into the crusher By the silver gas tank?
To bad can't save these cars they are made solid
I'd like to see where they go after they're crushed.
Phillip most go to China
To a shredder
Killing old big Station Wagons 😢😭😭😭

8:12 the front header panel from the Buick Century is missing. I used to go to the junkyards and buy these for my neighbor's. They didn't like the front of their cars LOL! I swear I pull about 3 of these things.
First!
Why don't you sell some of the car parts befor you crush the car
Shew those things are rusty!
Derby them next time
someone should have takin the wood off the wagon
Crushing crew is slow should of had a bundle ready already to be placed on semi trailer
My thoughts exactly, The guy operating that end loader sucks!
not the grizzwald family truckster
Take the tires off you left rebuildables on there losing money if we philly leave tires on camden iron sends the load back
hey everyone...i actually have a wagon i am restoring. Having a hard time finding replacement tail light driver side on a 93 oldsmobile cutlass cruiser wagon. Southern car. Cant find parts as the oldsmobile is rare i guess. Anyone help me find a drivers side rear tail light to fit it please?
Try a local salvage yard who can put it on the teletype and try to find it at another yard. Or try junkyarddog.com or www.car-part.com for used parts.
1st one, 83-87 LTD station wagon, 2nd 69-72 Mercury wagon, 2nd 80s S10, 3rd and 4th late 80s to 90s Cavi wagons or the related BOP models.
3rd- Buick Century wagon. Not remotely related to the Cavalier. 4th-Chevy Celebrity wagon, also not remotely related to the Cavalier.
The first wagon was fuel injected so, not an 83-87.
@@toddclark6782 83-85 Fords were TBI Fuel Injection, 86-91 are port fuel injection. G.M. makes were carbureted from 1977 all the way to 1990.
Están desechos por el oxido
Finnegan and Frieberger would've made it run again. Go Roadkill.
Caralho veio!!!
А потом на мясо рубку😎
1st wagon, hmm 80's or 90's as no woodgrain but not finny enough to be 50's 60's and no woodgrain so not 70's imma say late 80's last gen wagon, looks to of been picked clean front wise doors might be okay just depends of they've rotted out, 2nd wagon WAY TO GONE! pritty much only fit for scrap sad mid 70's as it has woodgrain sides, roof bars still on which is odd unless there after market then junk, 3rd one hay that's not a wagon that's truck (70's ish datsun or toyota of some kind) too far gone as it in two parts so its junk, 4th one looked okay, unless it had major hidden rust or the engine was toast, 5th one pritty much well used and rusted out in all the normal places, arches, doors, sad to see a earily 80's wagon go, aw no end pancakes
sirmugman the third one is a Chevrolet S-10 from probably the early to mid 1980s.
Poor s-10 can lick,it's own butt
What a waste of dependable transportation and a stupid kid to get a car and destroy it 🙄 😒
😡😡
