Welcome to Fun with Boxes, Episode 116:
Arborea, designed by Dani Garcia and published by Alley Cat Games.
You are a Patron Spirit, guiding your villagers and sending them on pilgrimages as you build your Ecosystem.
Arborea is a worker placement euro game for 1 to 5 players.
During the game, players will place workers on Pilgrimage Tracks which will advance, moving all workers with them. The farther the Tracks move, the better the Rewards gained when workers step off and travel back through the paths.
These rewards may help Players to contribute to the Shared Resource Track, make offerings to the great and wise Sages and attract animals to the land of Arborea. Explore different Seasons each game for new opportunities and paths to take.
Also you will take from the Shared Resources to build your personal Ecosystem, overlaying terrain cards to build habitats and placing animals for end game Victory Points.
This is a superb worker placement puzzle of a game!!
