Missed you friend! I do love adult Bentos when the weather is warmer. I usually don't want a meal in the middle of the day and just like to snack. I eat a lot of the Boar's Head No Sodium Added from Publix with unsalted crackers, some fruit and usually some grape tomatoes with my own Ranch. I sometimes add some Hummus with some carrots if I'm really feeling snacky. Tomorrow's my birthday and one of my son's is smoking some turkey and sausage. I will not "watch" what I'm eating too closely. LOL Then on Sunday, we're having what I call "Kristi's Salmon" with Caesar Salad and roasted broccoli and onions. Happy Mother's Day and have a great week!
