I’m for supporting a birthday fund for Thomas Markle. Not only was it difficult to be betrayed by your daughter who you loved but for it to take place on the world stage. I don’t know what he thought at night all alone but my heart goes out to him. I don’t know if he thought the world hated him or what. I would love for him to be shown he’s not alone and he is not hated, quite the contrary.

My father passed away last year at the age of 79. He didn't live to see his 80th. I didn't speak to my father for 7 years for very good reasons...at one point all 3 of his children were not speaking to him. We had similar issues with him Lady C as your mother...your book on that helped me tremendously! However...once my father started having serious health issues, all 3 of his children banded around him and put whatever issues we had in the past aside in order for him not to suffer in the final years of his life! To see what Megain is doing to her father in his final years after all the sacrifices he made for her in his lifetime is absolutely shameful and says all you need to know about her. Harry on the other hand needs to stop using his mother's name for sympathy while tolerating what is being done to Mr. Markle..his mother would be ashamed of their diabolical treatment of her father!! I will donate to Mr. Markle for his birthday..I would love to give to him what I cannot give my own father this year❤️

It is understandable for adult-children to distance themselves from a parent over a valid reason. No adult-child becomes estranged from a parent without cause.
But , it takes discernment , maturity , and forgiveness to try to rise above past mistakes (treatment) on the part of the parent.
That you and your siblings were able to put the past behind you regarding your father , is remarkable :

One big mistake was taking away landlines and public pay phones. Cell phones go down and no one can call anyone.
Yrs ago, when the whole Northeast of the US and Canada all lost power, I was the only 1 in my neighborhood w a landline. I made so many calls for my neighbors to check up on their families and friends. I thankfully also had my wireless laptop fully charged, so was able to keep everyone up to date that it wasn't an attack, just a massive power failure.

I would encourage anyone who wants to do something nice to send well wishes and donate to someone closer to home. Donate to a family member, neighbor, or someone in your own community in his name if you want to extend the gift in his name. Plenty of people might be surprised how much it would help their own grandparents, and he can always sell an interview if he's in need (and he does).

We always say the strange behaviours from Harry’s wife during the pregnancy of Archie and of course that is correct. What we don’t say are the very strange behaviours from Harry. What man would not offer his wife help if she had bent down while being very pregnant. This was not the only time that Harry acted like nothing happen.
I am sure he knew it was all fake given his remarks when on the tour that his wife was having a child while some people would just pretend and stuff a pillow under their clothes. He looked over at his wife and she absolutely looked furious. Don't recall if that was in Australia or South Africa when he made that statement and right then I knew he was in on the fake.

I was totally fooled by Meghan to start with. She had such a pretty soft face I didn’t see the black soul. I swallowed the narrative pushed by her” friends” and thought Thomas was very low class-although to be fair I couldn’t see what on earth they were so upset about when he had a few photos taken of him getting ready for the wedding. He was so proud, why not-hardly a sin! it would be fair to say that I have a little bit of guilt for not being more objective about Thomas. It was horrendous to me that Harry had never visited his father-in-law and after he had a heart attack and strokes they still have not had the compassion to visit him. Over time of course many lies about Thomas have started to emerge from such simple things as the wedding invitation not being delivered or sent, the plane tickets purchased by Meghan on a plane route that does not exist, to just name a couple of lies which could be fact checked. It is for Harry to fix this.

I fell out with my father when i was young and my mother was dying of cancer , when my mother died the funeral was the last meeting we had . I was pregnant a year or so later and took my daughter to him at the age of 6 months , we didn't have to talk about the past we talked about the baby . He was a sh i t father to me but a brilliant grandad to my daughter !! No matter what ,meghan and harry are depriving their children of a beautiful and different love from a grandad !! ❤
