Cotton Candy Ice Cream | Homemade 3 ingredients Cotton Candy Ice Cream Recipe

Sharing with you an easy and so delicious everyone’s favourite Cotton Candy Ice Cream Recipe .
I am using cotton candy in this recipe so that everyone can easily make it at home but if you want to use cotton candy extract you can sure use it but in that case( if you are using extract) increase the quality of condensed milk.

Ingredients

2 cups Heavy cream (whipping cream)
200g condensed milk
20g pink cotton candy
20g blue cotton candy
➡️Cotton candy is also sweet so do not add condensed milk more than 200g
You can taste and adjust the sweetness
Instructions:
Take 2 cups of whipping cream (super chilled) and whip until soft peak .
Then add 200g chilled condensed milk in it gradually and beat just to mix it ( do not over mix).
Now divide this mixture into 2 equal portions.
In 1 portion we will add 20 g of pink cotton Candy and mix with spoon (until mix completely),you can add few pink colour drops in it .
Now in 2nd portion add blue cotton candy and mix with spoon until completely dissolves(add blue colour if you want it’s totally optional but recommended)
Now in an air tight container add both colour whipped cream randomly.
Freeze for about 12 hours and enjoy the summer 🥰
