I know this is a little long but my mom’s favorite flavor of ice cream is bubblegum because she grew up eating Baskin-Robbins bubblegum ice cream. They discontinued it awhile back and she hasn’t had any since. Her 48th birthday is tomorrow and she said she didn’t want any gifts so I made this for her as a gift! I couldn’t buy that exact brand of flavoring in time but I bought another one with good reviews so I’m crossing my fingers! My dad and I made it in 15 minutes and it smelled fantastic so now all we have to do is wait! I plan on making bubblegum whip cream with the left over heavy whipping cream. Thank you a lot for the recipe James I’ll update when we surprise her!

Thank you so much for this recipe! I had no idea you could make ice cream with 2 simple ingredients, and a flavoring. But every time I went to the grocery store looking for bubblegum ice cream, I was always let down. Especially when the store had carried it before, and just suddenly stopped. Thanks to your recipe, I no longer have to be sad over the idea of never getting bubblegum ice cream at the store anymore, because I can make my own. I just made it yesterday and taste tested the results a few minutes ago, after freezing it over-night. Tastes just like the stuff I can get at the store, maybe even better. Thanks again!

Definitely making this, the only other flavor that is tastier than bubble gum is the Peppermint they make in Willamsburg.I would use chiclets instead,easier to eat around!
