Why You Understand English, but CAN'T Speak FLUENTLY

I've been learning English for years. I'm an English learner and a substitute English teacher. I recognized that there is a huge difference between learning English and acquiring English "language acquisition". I practice English daily through reading aloud, thinking in English, shadowing, speaking to myself. Also I recognized that there were lots of words I used to mispronounce thanks to shadowing. I'm a a substitute English teacher, however I speak basic English. Thanks so much 🙏
