How do you get a plain white background with normal reflections on your part? My parts turn white when i choose the plain white background

SolidWork 2018. My check box at remove background is grayed out and unchecked, uncheckable?

This may be an issue with your graphics card or driver. Check the webpage www.solidworks.com/support/hardware-certification/ to make sure you have a proper gpu and driver combo, Or contact your VAR for some additional support

I have the same issue, just installed SW2022 and everything works fine, can't have anything to do with my hardware.
