Okay, cooking tip: if you are going to cook up plantbased anything, treat it as a veggie product. Meat burgers are to be treated differently than their plantbased counter parts. Veggies require lower heat and longer cooking. Then you van crank up the heat afterwards and give it a good sear. If your burgers end up soggy and soft like they are describing, you're doing some things wrong. They'll never be equivalent to the actual meat, but they can become great as a product of their own.
