  • Victor Robles has caught fire since joining the Seattle Mariners just under 2 months ago. He has been one of the best hitters in all of baseball since landing in Seattle, and he's showing no signs of slowing down.

I can’t imagine the pressure a player would feel being a top prospect for a club for so long and struggling to get going.. I bet that weight off his shoulders truly did unlock his potential. If we could get a consistent 110-120 OPS+ player out of him for multiple years it would be a wonderful fit.
Bet he enjoys the vibes Julio brings too. He brings some awesome energy as well. Him, Randy, Julio will be an amazing trio out there

Sometimes a fresh start with a new team is all it takes. Look at Teoscar Hernandez. Signed with the Dodgers and his bat came alive. First Dodgers player to win the home run derby ever.

I love the new outfield. The trade for Randy takes a bit of star weight off Julio so he can relax. I think Justin will be a help for him with veteran leadership. Wondering if the Ms will be able to sign him in the offseason. If Victor's season continues there might not be a better Comeback player and DFA pickup in 2024.

The healthy lineup should be Robles, J-Rod, Randy and Cal hitting cleanup. JP when he returns should be moved to the bottom of the lineup at 8 or 9 with Rojas. JP should not be at the top of the lineup just because he hits left handed that is ridiculous. I also like to see them utilizing Robles with bunts and speed. Having someone who can bunt base hit at the top of the order is incredibly valuable especially in a playoff scenario.
