Took a drive into the hills with my dog Rosy today, cried and cried to this album. So beautiful. I remember being with Haider in his studio in Berlin about 4 years back, he was mixing Night Tapes and explaining why you were the future. I love you guys so so so much.

I really love to hear from bands and artists on their songs, whether it's adding more context to the meaning or just explaining how the song came to be; I hope you keep doing that into the future! This has a nostalgic vibe, remembrance of an old lost love, watching a Studio Ghibli movie...an 80's aura with a little 2000's...This is truly something else. Great work. I like this song...This vibe.
Night Tapes alongside Trevor Something are at the tip of the spear for the next decade or two in shaping internet culture as their music and lyrics resonate with both gen Z and late millenials like no other. Both deal with thoughts, ideas and struggles both generations have. Two different genres of music but that only makes the message spread further. You are the best.

Grimes became persona non-grata after she hooked up with Elon. Can't separate the art from the artist I guess. Real shame too because she's talented but it's just too character revealing for me to get past. With so many artists to support, why bother with controversial ones?
