Great lessons! I learnt that my hair loves being treated like a plant. Regular and constant care means I get to actually enjoy my wash day because my hair isn't dry and matted and it's easy to handle 🙂

Hii!!. I feel my hair is a plant too..that's why I use herbs with her..yes is a girl.. she love it but time to time she need a shampoo to clean it deeply and continue with oils and herbs. After I stared ayurvedic method she is more happy, more thick, more long and strong. So that is our way back to the our origen

God is the only reason my hair has made a total transformation and a turn forever in the right direction. I praise Him for helping me come to love what He created. It is truly a masterpiece and the world has calculated thousands of ways to lie to black women. I know because of His teaching, love, and encouragement; I’ll never go back to wigs, relaxers, clips in (yes, even the natural looking ones)! Took 15 years buuuuuut we got there😅
Loved your no nonsense style here 😂
    And you’re glowing girl!!❤❤❤

Thanks for the gems! The greatest is the premise of including God in our haircare routine! This pep-talk is an all inclusion of the total person, and the second most important premise is, "Don't wait until something is wrong to optimize your health, ..." 👍💞
With a routine blood-workup I found that my iron level was not low, but mediocre. I was not advised to tap it up {I'm post-menopausal}, but I went ahead and included some liver occasionally to add to my iron-rich green vegetables. After all, I know the body will supply the vital organs first, before tending to the hair follicles! Now my greatest obstacle is dealing with the stresses of life! Casting all my cares on God is still a work in progress!

Great lessons! I'm trying out some new partings to see if that increases manageability.

Yes, indeed asking the Lord for guidance in all things is important, including our hair. I used to think it was a bit vain to ask God for help, but when I really keyed in on to what He said about our hair in scripture, that totally changed it for me. And consequently, my hair is thriving. Also, Having imperfect hair with setbacks is part of life, thank you for the reminder. 💕💜

Thank you, my dear. I needed to hear this. I'm a woman of a certain age who has been struggling with scalp issues for quite some time. I've been disregarding the fact that I need help. My products are not working as they should this video is right on time. Thank you again❤

You got me at toxins. We are swimming in chemicals. The unfortunate reality is all things organic are pricey, especially food. This is a whole episode on its own. Thank you for sharing

I love that first lesson you talked about. I noticed for a while last year that you didn't mention God as much in vmyou videos as you used to, and I wondered why. I don't mean this as a criticism or anything. It was just an observation. I love that I can hear you talking about it again.
It's also a reminder to myself as well, to put God first in the care of my hair. As you quoted, even the hairs on our heads are numbered!🎉
