I had one in Dragonball XenoVerse 2, where a buddy and I were fighting someone, I launched a dude, turned into a dragon, and as I was going at him, my friend did a super move and you saw me over his shoulder coming in at the perfect anime style "you're dead" angle. I really REALLY wished I hit the record button.
Leroy Jenkins really was one of the original trolls. Dude sat and waited for them to talk for nearly an hour just to yell his name, run in and get the entire group destroyed one by one.

The memory is so vivid, my friends from high school played every day for 6 hours tops of DOTA 1, we were so happy and don't even realize it. Many years ago in a game of Halo 2 SWAT on Lockout, everyone but me on my team quit as soon as the game began, and the entire enemy team stayed. No one was AFK at all. It was 4 against 1, and I beat them 37 to 36. It was a match for the ages. I got my game-winning kill literally five seconds before Game Over. It was so insane; I couldn't believe it.
In Red Dead Redemption 1 online I was hunted by a 6 man posse and I tried to run away with my horse but they all owned the black horse so they cought up easily. They surrounded me because I decided to stop. I knew I couldn't run away regardless especially with the brown horse. While surrounded, I remember they said "any last words". I checked my inventory real quick and I noticed I had 1 dynamite so I pulled it out and it lit right away. Blew up the entire posse and myself. One of my most epic moments I ever had lol especially since they all went crazy on their mics! I left the lobby right after tho
Awesome One time a hacker and I had a fight that started around North of the map and ended in that creepy town Tumbleweed that fucker was hacking and shit but I still had a decent amount of kills against him El Bastardo

Leeroy Jenkins is Immortal because it was recorded, but I think most players back in the golden WoW days know at least 3 such epic moments, most either out in the world with mobs glitching out or in raids with these guys who never got the chill to actually do raids, but still got into them because you needed certain spots filled.
Me and my friends on heroes of the storm got teamwiped and the enemy was pushing to win. We respawned and won a fight under our core with it at 1%. Counter pushed to win but they kept trying to sneak one guy down for the damage and we were constantly picking them off while maintaining our push until we finally won. One of the craziest sequences ive ever been apart of and i cant imagine being on the other side of it. It was just and unranked game but still intense

I was taking I think C flag or D or something and I had driven a troop transport vehicle over the edge of a truck docking zone or something, it got jammed against the ground and the wall so it was immobile but the turret still worked. I jumped on the gun and lit everyone up, like 10 or more people came running to stop me from taking it. I lasted as long as I could on the turret then the truck got hit with an rpg and caught fire. I jumped out, the only cover was the truck. I fired in every direction with the flag progress slowly going up with no back up. Dropping everyone one by one then suddenly I start taking damage, flag almost done. After about a few minutes of non stop action, another RPG came and bodied me right when the flag completed. Putting it in a RUclips comment doesn't do the moment justice.
I feel like We all have our own, ever remembered, legendary gaming moments I once dolphin diver over a rocket in black ops 1 and proceeded to the dude who shot it out. And I’ll never forget the first time I mowed down a bunch of Viet Cong to Fortunate Son from a Helicopter in Bad Company 2 Vietnam. And so many more memories, its both crazy, scary and beautiful how some of the most real and memorable moments in our lives were there in virtual worlds.
