    The thing about 1911s is that if you have a good gunsmith he can easily tune up the trigger to basically however you want it.

    I got a RIA 1911 GI 10mm I'm very happy with it I have noticed some small things about it but it's nothing a gunsmith can't fix and turn it into a really good 1911.

      @@JK-br9lh Well first the magazine that comes with the gun is crap and the finish is not the greatest I've had to check mine for rust spots a couple times as well as my front sight had some issues but it's to be expected on a $450 gun

    I have one, and after more than 1,500 rds, of various styles and weights, I have yet to have a failure of any kind with it!!

    I have four in several calibers..we practice 50 yards.that 10mm at that distance really makes that steel ring.were as the 9 mm.just makes a little ringing couldn't beleave the power in that 10..

    For the money it's a very stout and good performing 1911/10MM.

    I think in today's market, Springfield is probably the best budget 1911.

    Wilson Combat 10mm mags are trash. I have 4 out of the newest batch that cause nothing, but problems, misfeeds, etc.
