I’m aiming for 3hour40min . Could you help win a pacing strategy for the race ? I believe I should be going out slightly slower for the first 5km Or so . Thanks
@@callummcvarnock8085 There are many ways to pace a marathon and you should base your strategy off your training. Settle on a starting pace you feel confident you can sustain. Building into your race pace would be wise and nailing your fueling strategy will you kick on to achieve a negative split the second half 😉. If you can achieve that you will definitely get kudos points from the PF&H HQ! - Ricky
