I love how you're adapting Paws to help them become the most battle ready bot they can be, between the wedge arm and the protective plate, but not without sacraficing their gentile nature
Every once in a while I check how robot fighting looks. I get disappointed when I see mostly wedges, and spinners. Though I've seen hammer-style bots before, I just adore the charm Pawsitively Hissterical brings, and that method of locomotion is just so much more fun than an RC car. I guess it helps that I love cats.
Search for Pawsitively Hissterical on thingiverse! I uploaded a Paws toy that anyone can 3d print. I recommend TPU with very low infill. Or check www.eelmonkeyart.com/collections/plush-bots for a Paws plush!
I had heard of robot fighting leagues before, but it was a video of Pawsitively Hissterical that made me not only interested in the sport but a genuine fan of it.
Honestly, it was really cool seeing how well Project Liftoff can move. They don’t get to show it off too often since bots nowadays are so fast. But they were able to get to full speed in this fight and thus could move around as they wanted. And it is truly amazing just how well they have the meltybrain design down. It moves almost as well as a normal bot.
100% it's one of my favorite bots. They've done so much work in the world of meltybrains and it'll be exciting to see the future of them. Plus, they are great competitors and even cooler people.
Paws got me interested in bot battles again. So great to see a bot that's so much fun instead of the serious cookie-cutter bots of old. Of course NHRL's rules kept me watching, allowing things like Giga Paws and Dutch Oven is the best. So many possibilities here.

I never knew about nhrl or robot fighting before but paws is like a celebrity to me
That's so awesome! I love hearing stories like that. It's a great community and maybe someday we'll see you there.

Thanks so much!
I absolutely adore Paws. If you ever make figures of it, I’m buying one ASAP.

You got a few good baps in! ❤
That bot has no right to be as tough as it is. Most others would've been destroyed immediately.
Paws is so busted, they needed to bring (what appears to be) A _unidentified alien saucer_ to beat him.
Amazing what is ostensibly a toy can actually take those levels of abuse and still work.

Good sportsmanship not mercilessly destroying paws
Dude has a phase 2 when you break the mouth and flip him.
What a cat-astrophe
