You'll introduce lots of unneccessary errors if you're counting while looking out for robbers. Have different labelled bags for each location/machine and count your shit at home if you're so afraid. Get a machine to count it for you and don't "wright" it on paper, but store your numbers on a computer where you can play around with them to make proper business decisions. Stuff like estimated break even for each location/machine, so you know when you could/should invest in more machines or estimated monthly/quaterly service cost, so you know how much money you have to keep for that.
