Cheesy Garlic Wafer Pav
Ingredients:
Chutney:
1 Cup - Green Garlic
5-6 no - Green Chillies Spicy
2-3 no - Less Spicy Green Chillies
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - Besan Gathiya or Sev or Papadi
1/2 tsp - Lemon Juice
2 no - Pav
Butter
Cheese Slice
Wafer
Chaat masala
Grated Chillies
Chilli Flakes
Green Garlic Chopped
Method:
Take Mixie Jar and add the above ingredients and Make a thick Chutney.
Take Pav and Apply Butter , Chutney, Cheese Slice, Wafer, Chaat Masala, Grated Cheese , Green Garlic , Chilli Flakes, Chaat masala
Take a Tawa and apply Butter, Green Garlic and Roast both the Sides and Serve Hot.
