la iniciativa de hacer el video es excelente, ya que le permite al alumno ver el uso de ciertas expresiones en diferentes contextos y de esta manera fijar ese nuevo vocabulario. Gracias por el esfuerzo que significa grabar y extender las explicaciones de lo que se pudo apreciar en el escrito. Felicitaciones.
the initiative to do the video is excellent as it allows students to see the use of certain expressions in different contexts and thus set the new vocabulary. Thanks for the effort involved record and extend the explanations of what was seen in the writing.congratulations.

The most we like (me and my and my daughter is your clever explanation. You're very good teacher for many reasons. 1) You choose a strategic story that explain all the meaning of a word in this case sweep and in the previous lesson stand . 2) You made "the semantic root of the word" ,it means you give all the meanings of this word and of another words which have connection. 3)You give a big range of examples which give the route of this word.4 Also you explore the idioms that are expressions in English that students of English must know to understand the language. 5 At the end,you encourage us to write, listen and speak.6 You compare with other languages English idioms. At all, your work is amazing.I'm a teacher and i realize when i met a good teacher. Thanks too much.

    Hello Dan and Aaron.
Thank you so mach for what you're doing.
Actually I've been learning English for many years and all that time I was finding a way how to learn English that works.
Now I'm sure I've found it. You're really cool. Your method is unusual but extremelly efficient. And the matter is not only about prospective result in English fluency development but it is also very interesting to get to know such kind of thrilling stories and facts from the past. Also, what important for me is that you explaine people how to make themselves succesful in development their English speaking and listening skills. Usually those things are explained in Business books and not so many people are really enterested to read them.
Thank you again and please keep going.
In Russian "tip of the iceberg" is "Это всего лишь вершина айсберга" which has the same meaning as in English.
    Best regards
    Sergey

I am ampted up about seeing you, Dan, and hearing your explanations. Congratulations on the impeccable video. Of course I have subscribed your RUclips cannel. Thanks in advance for your videos. I very appreciate your work. The mentioned idiom"It's just the tip of the iceberg" has the same meaning in German. We all know that idioms are not translated literally, but in this case it is interpreted just as in English. I love your method of teaching.

Hi Dan! I´m from Colombia and I think this video is very helpful for Spanish speakers and everyone who wanna learn English in an easier way than in School or even in College... "The tip of the iceberg" is also a expression in Spanish and it has the same meaning, we say : "La punta del Iceberg".

Hi! Thank you for the video, this is the pace I need. We have a similar expression in Russian, but with something closer to "top" or "peak" - not 'tip'. ✔
