The interviewer was a humble child at heart. Artists love talking to these kinds of people because they have the ears to listen and perceive the magic these artists bring to the table. They're not trying to look cool, smart and know it all, they genuinely place themselves in a position of reception.
How do I find people this genuine and compassionate, more importantly how do I become more like that? Definitely inspiring and something to aspire for.

The guy is way cool ... Everything from him, his playin, everything he says transpires harmony, enjoyment , peace and humility ... He is a true role model, not only a genius musician ... May he live a very very long life.

Gershwin's recounting of the writing process suggests a pure channeling from a higher place. You can tell the interviewer is a fan. You can see the glee on his face, and how enthused he was with all of the little tidbits of information he was learning. Yet he was still respectful, polite, engaging, and kept the wheel greased. Love it.
a cut in the middle of his story about the writing of maiden voyage???? He was basically mid sentence! This is the ADD generation so much so that even the media just assumes we get bored after 20 seconds mid sentence.
