    The GRR analyzed by ANOVA & XBar-R Method…….Do they have same or different results ? If different …WHY and their reason behind them ? Which one to adopt?

      The software she is using is Minitab. You need to purchase it from their website.

    The control chart for means shows couple of readings outside the control limits. I think you should investigate that and redo the Gage R&R study.
