Anyway to help with how bad the harness rubs your neck, our harnesses don't have those pads on the shoulder and it rubs your neck raw everyday, I've been useing it for at least 6 months and it's never gotten better
whats the brand and type of that fall arrest? is it specially designed for women? I'm finding a lot of them are too big, not snug.
