I'm getting the Whipple installed as I type this. Only reason I wanted the Whipple over a Procharger was literally just wanted blower whine with my hp gains lol.
How's it holding
@@just_a5.7 Car has been good so far. It's on 5lbs of boost and a 4in pulley so the blower doesnt make make much noise lol, but she was making 461 to the tire with long tubes and CAI on a tune. After the supercharger she is making 623 to the tire. It is still a pretty big difference and if I hammer it off a light she'll spin 2 gears. I daily the car and drive it to and from MD to Va Beach every so often and she drives very well.
What generation whipple? I run a 150-200 shot of nitrous on my 392 so similar hp numbers on the bottle
@@392ant3 It's the 5th gen. I considered Nitrous, but I could see myself emptying a bottle or two with two good weekends of cruising around haha.
@@germandan5 i feel you there I’m saving for the same gen 5 whipple because it seems the bottle needs to be refilled every day and trips to the speedshop is getting exhausting

Turbos are the best no doubt. The twin screw is definitely a beast on the streets for all around fun. 900-1000rwhp with a twin screw is a lot of fun
What brand wheels are on that white charger? They look good!

Heat soak is y I don't care for roots blowers and yes turbo are amazing for built motors!!!!

@@alexander_3923 I agree I want it to be a sleeper too and idle is loud lol don’t want to take it to the strip just want to have a sleeper at the light
