In the D1 chart I also have Saturn placed in the 3rd house but it's in the sign of Sagittarius (Libra Ascendant). Many problems in high education with professors, mentors, teachers. I have 33 years old. I have been suffering in a Saturn mahadasha for almost 18 years. Next year finally Saturn's Dasa will end in november.

Ok, so mercury is behaving like planet that it is conjucted with. I have preety good saturn, in 9th house in aquarius, in d9 chart saturn is in 11th in libra. Therefore would my mercury be malefic or benefic?
Saturn is much better in your D9!, 👍 9th is difficult for Saturn. Mercury is tricky in Aquarius 😉
