I’m becoming a huge fan. Some of the best street photography on RUclips. Your videos are well made - tasteful music, the right amount of B-roll, no unnecessary talking. Keep it up!
Yesterday stumbled upon your channel and usually I'm not commenting anywhere on the internet but man, your work deserve more exposure. There something special in your videos! Beautiful photos and pov videos complemented with lovely music and live street sound. 10-15 min long without necessary chat or voice over it. It' nice that you pause (show) the photos for the 4, 5 seconds, my small suggestion will be to extend that maybe to even 10 :-) Keep up the great work, greetings from Germany!
i love your photos and its very inspiring to me! im going to nyc tomorow with leica q2 and this video give me a lot inspiration thx! cant belive all this photos are taken in one day...subscribe!
You have some real clowns in the comments here. You must be doing something right! This right here is exactly why I packed up and moved to NYC. People have a lot of notions about the city but until you've walked through the streets with a camera, you just don't know. It's a photographic paradise for sure.. but the vibe around Manhattan is so chill. You're free to open up as a photographer because people either don't care that you're doing it or they actually dig it. Stories are EVERYWHERE all the time too. I feel like you captured that feeling really well, and walked away with tons of great shots too.
I like you photos and videos,I‘m wondering why you choose Q2 instead of M series?I'm struggling with this option,Some friends have told me that the M series is perfect for NYC
DOF with a fixed 28mm means getting up really close. It also means leaning on AF. Getting up close loses the setting, which is half the story here. AF must be directed due to the fact there are so many plausible subjects. Both of these things lead to stopped down zone shooting being the right choice for NYC most of the time. Flat vs DOF.. that's a personal preference. The most successful street photographers in history relied on "flat" stopped down shooting because it maximizes potential for story and graphical read. This holds more weight than "DOF stops flatness." I'll take depth in story over depth of field.
Maybe the most clown comment I've ever seen. May I send you all my photos taken in the streets so you can tell me exactly which ones service your definition?
Personal choice. For instance, I'd lead with the only correct take: this is a great photographic opportunity, but let's not forget he was a brutal colonizing bastard who confused his way into untold suffering.

ありがとう!!
Did you do any LR editing?
Yes, I did!
Lovely shots but i get the feeling that your Aperture is set to compensate for the manual focusing issue and all pictures are very flat without DOF

Man that was a great response!
Great stuff. Having the Q3 it’s really interesting what was your settings.
хорошо, но это не уличная фотография.. это обычный репортаж, городской пейзаж, публицистика.. но никак не "уличная фотография"

For a video of street photography on Columbus Day in New York City You seem to treat the subject as an after thought
