Glow It’s not just the 1 car. It’s the chassis in general jimmy Owens is leading points in Lucas oil and he’s in an xr1 (the chassis that Sheppard is in) they are just that good of cars but if you knew the research and development they put in to their stuff you would understand

I thought Bloomquist join the outlaws to break up the juggernaut of Brandon Sheppard, instead he lets Madden go to run one car, so he can run last now or next to it!
I was complaining about Madden , I am a Bloomquist fan for a long time, I know my facts, I think his accident has left him less of wanting it as much as he used to. He needs to go to building cars and let someone else do the driving fan Madden fan!
@Slide Ways What used to be West Virginia Motor Speedway a 5/8 mile monster of a dirt track. The ran the Dirt Track world championship there a few years . New owners bought the place and tried to make it a 3/8 mile track with supposedly Bloomquist 's help on how to cut the track down. But it never got done all the way right and the track or what's ever left sits abandoned now. The original owners built it for a Nascar Busch series they tried to get it sanctioned, but couldn't and switched it and put more red clay on it. It had sprinklers in the turns to wet the turns when running in the track, they didn't work very long before they were broke. They used to run weekly Saturday night shows there for a few years. The big shows were the best though with high hillside cut out like they cut down a mountain of a interstate highway. The last time Pennsboro ran, they teamed up with WVMS for two completed 2 day, night shows, what a long weekend that was.
@Slide Ways Mark Richards owner of Rocket chassis leased I -79 speedway. Mark had only about 2 or 3 years left on their lease of $160,000 a year. The auction lot beside had to wash their cars every Saturday and Sunday for their sale on Monday.The auction said it was cheaper to buy the track lease than wash their cars every week and let Richards was having to have someone else run the track when he was on the road all the time, with what would become the world of outlaws late model series, that he has dominated since he started building the XR-1 car. Most those guys in Lucas and the woo all used to drive the old rockets, he nearing lost all the top drivers to all thenew chassis being built a few years ago. Now Mark again has the hot car chassis again, Josh is not doing so good driving for some one else as he used to drive for Dad. The Rocket house car gets the best maintenance of any car on tour. Most people would be suprised on what gets replaced after every race or two races.The is like a new car every race it starts and they carry a spare car that is ready to go if they wreck the primary car. I have been to the old shop back in the 90's and seen the maintenance that most drivers would not do unless they needed to do.
Great job to Sheppard and the team. Car looks as clean as it did out of the hauler. Best wheel man in the country.

Eckert might be an aging local racer instead of a touring pro now, but he's still 1 of the best.
