  • In this video iam sharing recipe of achar made in traditional nepali style.
    Ingredients used are dried green peas, white raddish, ginger , mustard oil, achar masala, lapsi (hog plum), red chilly powder, fresh green chilli, salt, turmeric.
    usually making achar in Nepali culture is something that our elder's especially our mother, sister, mother-in-law, teaches us & pass it on to us.
    we learn watching them prepare with love 💟
