It's a good question, Bob. In truth, most new cars are over-complicated. It's a nice interior, not without its issues, either, as you point out. Great review, Bob. Good to see you back in the saddle!
I think the sales when they come will come from cars like the Dacia Spring, Citroen eC3 and the new e Panda and even the VW ID2 when it arrives, all coming in at around 25k euro or below. A 50k depreciating asset is simply beyond what your average Joe can afford regardless of what badge its wearing. Just my two cents. Great review Bob.
Filled in wheels can cause stability issues at speed with cross winds. Remember when the original Sierra came out, it had filled in hub caps, MEP Neil Kinnock, rolled his car on M4 in cross wind. EuroNCAP knock off stars if there are no physical buttons. No one wants touch screen for heater etc. Good Video Bob, car looks okay, but these EV's are still a (expensive) fad. Too expensive, not enough useable range, no infrastructure. We are being told to reduce our energy use, to save strain on Grid, while pushing EV charging?
Just why can we not just stick to diesel cars, I'm so not a fan of electric cars they just dint have the range and it's not just the price of the car a decent home charger costs a fortune yes it may be cheaper in the long run but you don't see the reward for some time and the charging net work is not great and expensive so yeh, I will stay with a diesel as long as I can, great video Bob love your honesty top man 👍
I got as far as the cheap looking, 1970’s budget brand hi-fi silver interior. That looks really out of place in what is not pitched as a budget car. Even Dacia do better materials than that - seats aside of course, they look good. Another pointless brand.

Nice car, fully expect a big price drop on these in 6 months when they've sold none, pricing not competitive
I think there’s a price drop coming for them all, the price of normal cars now is at the prices of hot hatches from a few years ago
