So if u stay in ur bed all day watching netflix and eating nachos and thats what makes u happy,then thats too perfect❤

Jihyun's vlogs help me relax when I have a hard time. Plus the food always looks delicious and makes me want to cook again. I stopped cooking for awhile because I became uninspired. Jihyun makes me want to try again! Thank you! ❤
Little advice:don't drink coffee or anything that contains caffeine during your period cause it increases cramps try to drink something hot like green tea or black tea🤍
Yara army is right about that.. From my experience, I Try to eat low sodium food , so I won’t get too bloated . If you can control intake of craving fast foods & anything fried , it helps the stomach not get irritated while you have your period .. Drink a good amount of water , no fizzy beverages.. it will further irritate your stomach .. Yogurt will be your Best friend here.. Only eat when you feel really need it.. It has that Probiotics we need to balance the immune system during the time of Menstrual Cycle..( it helps with cramps ) Sugar is also a no- no, ( includes any sweet pastry even Chocolate or Vanilla filled processed foods ) Try sugar free substitute only during period.. Sorry.... My advice is long..
Also try to eat warm foods during your period, I have always had cramps and it really helps to keep everything you eat and drink warm, no iced coffee, it's really hard during summer months but it's only during your period.

She usually goes beyond the basic directions because she adds her own twist and ingredients to make them special. I don't recall seeing her use a microwave, she always uses the stove, so to me she doesn't use shortcuts. 😂
