They are indeed a very helpful product for many people! Unfortunately, I am not sure that the manufacturer (Jeff Gosling Hand Controls) distribute these in the US. You will be best to get in touch with them directly.

Was quoted about £600. For delivery and fitting, no way, especially as its going in a car worth £500 not economical. Solved my problem with a banana board. Cost £45.

In said video I noticed the person moved to an in closed area for elimination of wind/ noise distortion. In addition I found decibel level or degree in clarity of presenters voice as acceptable
