There is a much simpler system, a power sliding board attached to the seat that the user slides onto from the wheelchair. The board then rises to the level of the car seat allowing the user to slide onto the car seat. Inexplicably, they say it's only for pickup trucks and some SUVs. More work to do. And then, they charge so much that the average disabled person without a big legal settlement. from an accident or something, can't possibly afford it. It's funny that you can buy a device to lift a car for a few hundred dollars, but they can't make a simple affordable one to lift a person.

The crank system to lower or raise the chair to line up with the tracks in the car is essential, but I think it would be a lot harder without the concrete floor, outdoors on uneven ground.

Aaahhhh I thought the under-ring throttle was connected to the steering wheel but instead its connected to the steering column. Best choice for a hand throttle has to be the hand held guido system!

Hi, I watched your video on RUclips about the turning seat. I live in Canada, and I can't seem to find any kind of turning seat that will fit my 2016 Nissan rogue . The One that you showed in your video is the low turny seat , Please tell me if you fit my vehicle and if you ship it to canada would you be able to used your own seat that come with your vehicle.

Would it work better if the steering wheel pushed forward to accelerate instead of the middle ring.

All you have to do is be. Able to walk around pretty good in no problem. But the problem is if you were using a chair like this, you're not going to be walking around

Buen vídeo! Pero con todos mis respetos esa adaptación es muy pésima, para hacer maniobras que tanto cuesta a las personas discapacitadas, para hacer curvas cerradas es peligrosa puesto que puedes acelerar por erro y con el tiempo acaba siendo problemática.. no la recomiendo.

You don’t need the horizontal ram with the Olympian. Because of the bronze bearings it’s easier to manually swing the chair in and out.

Seems weird to say about a wheelchair lift, but that is so cool and clearly aldo not for those living on disability sadly. It takes wealth to be "comfortably" disabled. But still bravo for those who invented it. And glad I don't need that. I obviously font wish para or quadrapelegia on anyone. But may thise who need it, find funding!

I have this JG control on my Skoda. I can 1000% recommend it to anyone wanting hand controls. Very simple to use and feels very natural. It's a totally different way to drive, but it's very easy to get used to and will give you total independence. Wife can still drive normally with pedals. Everyone's a winner
