I'm a professor teaching biblical Hebrew, and unfortunately this reading mispronounces several vowels, some consonants, and many accents on the words of Psalm 23. He's talking with an accent... his African accent is very telling even when he speak English.
I'm a Christian from Iraq, fluent in both Arabic & Assyrian (neo-Aramaic), I don't speak Hebrew much but I can still tell that he's pronouncing Hebrew with a heavy accent.

The origin of this psalm is Akkadian, and it speaks of trust in the God who will patronize him, establish him, and increase his goodness: The Jews changed the psalm and attributed it to David the Great.
