Somewhere I've seen, that the blops could be of the Power-loss-recovery feature. If you can disable it, give it a try and print it without the feature activated. Sometimes the printer "waits for milliseconds" when it stores the actual position and this can cause blops.
Thanks for the info. I have printed many things with same printer and vase mode. I haven't changed disabled or enabled any features and all other prints didn't have these blobs. So I don't think it's the problem. I had same problem with another printer before and after slower speed and resize I had any blobs. But disabling Power-loss-recovery may fix it for some printer. I don't know. It can also be slicer problem.

The blobs in vase mode is likely the powerout protection ... You can turn it off with a Gcode command before the print starts. Lower speed is not needed that way
