Much relief after going through this stuff ruclips.net/user/postUgkx-ip-9JdKgYMhubLnEjt3OXJkFyS4D2Jd Stress no doubt affects my blood sugar levels. Taking a walk usually help bring them down. Eating sweets is not my favorite, but if i take a large portion of them, my blood sugar level rises high. I think it's the high concentration of the glucose flowing into the bloodstream all at once. This is a lesson worth taking note of. This is a great material to learn from.

Excellent video! We are both in our 80's and feel better than ever! We are all about healthy aging. For us eating a whole-food plant-based diet was the key to our reversing life-threatening illnesses. We are doing research for our new healthy-aging advice YT channel to inspire others. Learned a lot here! Thank you.

In short - if your body can not generate enough energy to repair, remove, build new cells and tissue, your body breaks down and rut over time.
Remember - low energy = low metabolic processes to keep your cells fresh and healthy!
Also too much sugar in the blood adds to this breakdown and rut of the body.
N.B - this nurse has a nice vibe, the info is good.

Red meat and processed red meat are both linked to type 2 diabetes. Processed meats like bacon, hot dogs, and deli meats are particularly bad because of their high levels of sodium and nitrites.
