Cool. The only Victoria I ever went to. Also the only time I went to Fulton while it was dirt. Somehow I've never been able to accept the fact that it's dirt. I love dirt, but this was my favorite paved track. Oh well, times change.
i dunno what makes you think im trying to lie or be deceitful about any part of my videos, its called a legal disclaimer, it doesnt transfer ownership right, i do not make any monetary gain, and the fact is ive had most of my races up for well over a year, which means youtube, google, and the owners of the specific content have no problem with it and as far as being a man, at least im MAN enough to try to take whatever LEGAL route there is to post my content.
I wasn't bitching at you for uploading videos either, just pointing out how ridiculous it is that you think you can get away with it by posting a "fair use" disclaimer. you are only fooling yourself. for "environmental" and "mechanical" educational purposes! pah-lease! be a real man and take responsibility for what you do. don't try to make fake excuses.
but just because you post that disclaimer does not mean that it applies. reproducing a FULL race video is not educational. it would not stand up in court for one second. look up fair use on Wikipedia. there are 4 criteria that must apply. you are breaking 2 of them: 3.the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and 4.the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work. you do not understand the law
