Magical Muskets are a bit trickier to build and without fiendsmith you have no reliable way to get into your muskets. There are some really bad videos of people trying to make the deck work and fail horribly but the deck can work. I also managed to cook up a pure build that is not completely ass. Playing Runick Muskets is even better because runicks help to overcome bad starting hands. Regarding the extra deck the deck plays a huge tool box. I find it sometimes hard to within the 300s timer as sometimes you really have to think things through. I have both strikers and muskets and both are lovely decks. Id say strikers is easier and muskets to me are a little bit more fun due to the ressource control game. However somehow strikers and muskets share a few traits as both control the game and stuff. However the lines in strikers are fairly easy to understand. 1 thing for the muskets though is its a pretty cheap deck. Max is the only UR of the theme. If you have no runicks you will struggle a bit more and will also need more URs. You usually go second but with thrust into lost winds you have a little bit going first next to fenrir and your normal summon. If you dont have all the cards its not too bad but you should be able to play into boards and you should have options to slow down your opponent with non-engine if you must. Unfortunetly desires is at 1 other wise you could run 2-3 and max out on your 3 most important musket spells. Also upstart as UR sucks so bad xD PS: this is not the best list in the world but it can put up a fight and is not utterly trash. Runick version should be better and once we get fiendsmith we can finally search muskets which will make the deck THAT much better.
