Jumping into the game I thought I would be drifting around the city within an hour but it’s a grind to get your build going that’s for sure
20 hours in and I'm just getting this build fully settled!
You can drift an hour into the game: pick miata, put on street tires and a welded diff. I dont know of any racing games that start you out with a good car
@@lude-N-lopsided trueee I've heard of a lot of people going with similar budget builds and having a blast, though I think that ultimate front control arm is a HUGE difference maker with the max steering angle 😁👊
Gave up with the terrible ai. I personally dont care for the "story" mode. Just wanted to drift and chill. WeMod. Level 50, 100+ mill. I can finally just enjoy the game.

The game being a grind is actually what makes those tandem moments so much more fun and satisfying. It feels real!
I agree man, hate to see unlimited money all over the game as a result of the grind being too steep 😭

everyone and i mean everyone need to watch this lol. People forget that we always bought a new car in car x drift online and didn't have to build or grind for the build. it was just buying the car then boom slap the drift or ultimate upgrade on.

which would be fine as it is in every game like this, I love the progression, if this wasn't the worst racing game ive ever played, AI is dogshit, AI Traffic constantly gets in your way, everyone but you is a escalade so if you tap anyone or anything your car spins and youve lost the race that only pays you enough for a tank of gas and tires. Ive completed like 3 clubs have 2 cars and am stuck because I CANT MAKE ANY MONEY because every race is too fast and my cheapest upgrade will take half a club. If you could make money easier it wouldn't be as bad but I shouldn't be at the point where upgrades on a car thats 50k will cost 150k to even get to the next club. Not to mention nos is completely useless because whenever you use it ai randomly gains 100hp EVERYTIME, I'd understand them having nos too but its to the point where their shit is unlimited and you cant use it to get ahead cause they just get faster than you again anyway. You cant build a drift car that works well until your basically halfway through the game, its way too grindy and unrealistic. No camshaft for a honda is 30k thats a fancy built motor irl. And when you make money more realistically than almost any game it feels like living in real life. I can work my ass off and still have nothing.
@@ryzenpeak idk what issues you going on, but once I hit club 3 I been milking every race and avoiding traffic and avoiding contact with Ai drivers. Nos actually helps. It’s light and not heavy. I’ve been sticking with one car and focusing on building off it. Money started flowing during club 3. The ai gaining 100hp is just rubber banding. Racing games tend to do this to keep pressure on you. Sometimes it needs to be tweaked. Also sounds like you need to be more careful while tuning you car if you’re struggling to race against AI.

Hey man, I've played the mobile version for quite some time, and I'll tell you that really, the best way to progress is by just conpleting as many clubs as possible, possibly keeping one car for each club, then do all the elite races. I made the mistake to sell some cars I've owned, so dont do the same mistake I made. Some things might change in the PC game so dont take every word I said as a fact

Nice Vid, love me a good s14, cant wait for KINO so i can remake my Viper powered s14, but fam, as for the tuning Sliders FINE tuning, ONCE you have paid for the tuning, you can use a MOUSE and slide the bar slightly along the BLUE bar, it snaps to the markers on controller, but just like Car X Drift online, you can FINE tune the setting with a mouse, also ONCE the bar is blue, you shouldnt/dont have to REPAY to adjust it as long as you dont go outside of the BLUE bar

Love it bro, a lot of players are cheating in money at this point but I feel like the grind makes the cars so much more valuable 😁

@@Alex.UA6 they're definitely not the best, but a step up from horizon in my opinion! Hoping modders will find a way to get some updated sounds in the game like they did with CarX Drift Racing 😁👊

if your going to upgrade cars do your body kits first as it messes up the tuning when adding performance parts before hand

Yo idk if you know about the tune after you buy the tune and it goes blue you can fine tune it a little more instead of just having the few presets just a tip

Yeah man, I was considering the 2j for this car but I think I'd rather leave this a 370hp build and grab a Supra instead just for the sake of the money I have into it!
@@ntns_media i don't if there's a difference in mobile and pc carx street but on mobile people either use the original engine or v8

@@ntns_media it indeed does but you can also remove some weight also by adjusting the car settings in the tuning shop

Currently stuck on the C5 drift club, 21 Tribe, and MAN am I struggling lol. It's my last club and its kicking my arse
They're tough! I haven't done the C5 club yet, but my best advice is just to wiggle around the road to create as much distance as you can - it's not about clean lines, it's more about milking the score counter 😅
@@ntns_media I ended up beating it a few hours ago. After finishing all the clubs, I’ve come to find out, using a Evo isn’t ideal, even though its rwd converted. I think the wheel base being so much shorter compared to a traditional S chassis or Chaser makes it so much harder to hold those long angles.

Speencoins lolol they are tough!! You get 2 from each elite race and maybe 40 out of a whole club progression if I were to guess!

dont trust the "values" in tuning menu especially for camber, use your eyes instead, theres no way you car really had -5 deg camber.

Hmm I'm actually not sure man, it was a private lobby so maybe it has something to do with that! We ran a full 16 person lobby on stream last night and had all different levels 😁

whats the difference between strech tires and standard tires in this game?
I've heard stretch provides less grip, but I haven't tested yet! It does change fitment though, for example you could go lower on a stretch tire than a standard without it clipping through the fenders 😁👊

Definitely takes some time man, and certain things are preferential so you just gotta feel them out. Wish we could test drive friends cars so I could make reccomendations for tunes!!

All my money has come from club boss grinding, and xp is super easy I just posted a video on quick levels!

@@ntns_media Are you drifting for skill chains or something else? All I have tried was cutting up in traffic going as fast as I can on the highway and that is decent but it is nowhere near that fast with leveling.
