Rimmel london has a really good black pencil liner it’s so dark and creamy and doesn’t move!

Girl I loveee the makeup look🥺❤️ Question for everyone: if y’all ordered from juvias place did y’all order directly from juvia’s website? If you did how was the customer service? Has it improved since a few years back?
I have years ordering directly from juvia’s place and i have never had any issues. I always receive my stuff in time and well wrapped up to protect each item. I highly recommend this brand. It is super pigmented, great quality and best of all very affordable.

Try the L.A girl black Eyeliner it’s like a cream base but pencil very pigmented and stays on I love it! But blue makes your eyes pop out it’s gorgeous !! 💙💙💙💙
