    Very, very simple! I clearly show how much to take of each of the ingredients
    The recipe at the very bottom is just a couple of lines, and before that I decided to tell a little optional facts:
    Obtained by trial and error. I tried to make it even better, came to the conclusion that it is better not to make pancakes with milk.
    📌Makes 1-2 servings.
    3-4 pancakes, depending on size
    📌 It will take only 15-20 minutes to prepare them
    📌In the video I told all the subtleties of cooking. He answered a question I myself once asked.
    📌 Only one cup is needed for cooking, which means you will not use extra dishes. In the video, I only used it to show all the ingredients.
    I removed all unnecessary steps in their preparation, which in fact do not really have a result. For instance:
    I do not sift flour - I checked it many times, it turns out the same. This is if you are confident in the quality of the flour.
    📍 I don’t add warm milk - there’s no sense in it🤷
    📍 I do not pour liquid ingredients into dry ones. So you have to use two dishes, and the result will not improve.
    📍 I do not mix flour and baking powder separately. This is completely for the lazy, but it still does not affect the result.
    📍 And even more so (!) I do not whip the protein into a foam! Useless extra work. This is done for Japanese pancakes and there it is necessary, but they contain a minimum (1-2 tablespoons) and flour, and most of the ingredients are eggs.
    Clarifications:
    If there is no baking powder, but there is vinegar up to 9% and soda, then add soda to flour, and vinegar to milk. 1/4 tsp each. both are enough.
    ☑️ Vegetable oil can be replaced with 20 grams of melted butter, pancakes are softer
    ☑️ If you do not have a wide shoulder blade to turn pancakes, then pour less dough and make small pancakes, then it is easy to turn them over even with an ordinary spoon (almost by the power of thought)
    ✔️Ingredients:
    • 1 egg
    • Sugar - 35 gr (2 tablespoons)
    • Salt - 1/4 tsp. (pinch)
    • Milk - 150 ml (half a glass)
    • Vegetable oil - 5 - 10 ml (1-2 tablespoons)
    • Flour - 125 gr (slightly less than 3/4 cup)
    • Baking powder - 3/4 tsp. (1/2 + 1/4 tsp - this is how I measure with measuring spoons)
    ✔️ I do this:
    Mix the egg with sugar and salt. I add milk and butter. I stir it. I add flour and baking powder. I stir briefly and the dough is ready.
    First, I heat the pan on an above-medium heat, and when I start baking, I reduce the heat to medium. Approximately 1 minute on each side. If one side is fried harder, the other will take less time to cook.
    Something else:
    • This recipe is so that if you put some of the ingredients a little more or less, the result will still be very good (does not apply to baking powder)
    • If pancakes are baked for too long, increase the heat or they will be very dry.
    • The fuller the pancakes, the longer it will take to bake.
