    Yessss water is sooo very essential not only do i drink about 6 bottles a day I drink organic REAL cocout water & gym 5 times a week, im 50 & noticed a difference when i started consistency with water..it's that simple oh & 1 last thing i hv been taking magnesium Not only does it help me sleep! But I notice a vast difference in my hair. Within a month! ❤❤ blessings my Queens

    Ready for the next video! Thank you for sharing. I'm 47 and have been perimenapausal since age 33. The crown of my hair is thinning and shedding now. I did the big chop in 2020, but the alopecia patch is still there.

    Thank you, such useful information! I've been going through Perimenopause since my early 30's. It started with night sweats (excessive sweating) and the return of debilitating migraines. 5 years ago my boobs stated to increase then came the excessive weight gain! I'm 51 now and my cycle is a little erratic but menstruation like a crime scene still continues. (This has caused anemia.) Ladies please listen to Sandra, things can improve. I'm still working on it 🙏🏾

    A daily high dose of vitamin D3 and K2 stopped my hair from falling out and makes it stronger and thicker. And it stopped my dandruff flaking too.

    hello sandra god bless🙏🏾 just wondering do you sleep with a satin bonnet or a pillow because i know elastics are also bad for hair but i dont know if bonnets count🤷🏽‍♀️
