He can't see the Kingdom of God now because he hasn't been born again yet with the Holy Spirit. The Kingdom of God is a physical Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

If you dont believe in jesus you die, go to the grave and a reincarnated back to earth aka hell. I just made that up. But I dont think hell was made for humans. Maybe preachers that rape people or steal from the congregation. Earth probably isnt hell, I'm just kind of going through a depressed stage rn in life, please ignore my negativity.
