She just wanna flex her special existence as an "alien" by switching to Extra Class like Foreigner at her own will; besides the 7 regular Servant Classes. There are still plenty more of Elder Gods and Great Old Ones which haven't give their power to specific Heroic Spirits yet, would love to seem more new Foreigners in the future.

In The Valentines event the fire spirits on Yang (or the followers of the eldritch monster that resides within yang) gave you the hidden cooking that Yang hide from you. So in short: Those Fire Spirits are just your wingmen to date Yang. Hell even one of them is a Doujin maker. (Note:One of the spirit said [Thin Paper Book Material] and thin books are normally described as Doujins.
I love how her dialogue for Abigail shows Ritsuka looking like some sort of newlywed husband afraid his sister is being clingy or stuff like that. It's so wholesome.
