In this video, the Iconic Mazda gets a full 360! This roll over jig is a beast. check them out here: www.rolloverji... Datsun series: • DISASTER Datsun 260z R...
Yoooo!!! Ryan and Steve!! What a awesome build series this is gonna be!! Rare car ✔ Tons of rust ✔ The need to completely rebuild most of the car✔ The right men for the job ✔ Unlimited content ✔ Cant wait to see more!!! Congrats on the continued growth guys!!!
Fantastic work from Steve and Abraham Lincoln. Love the work you do guys, but i must confess watching the Cosmo from the back end it looks like a Chevette! Once again first class!
Looks good on the rotisserie. I can't imagine the difficulty trying to repair the rust on the bottom of any car without the ability to turn it over. Now the fun begins... Thumbs Up. Is Rosco going to help too?
Hey, look on the bright side, not much body filler hiding anything. Haha Great to see that she is ready for her major surgery. Wait, do I hear the backup beeper from the truck hauling many sheets of sheet metal for the anticipated repairs?
That's neat guys that rotisserie is the best way to work on a car because you can get to everything better..I can't wait to see you guys work on it and I can't hardly wait till Tomorrow to see the work on the BMW of Matt Armstrong 😀 😉. It's been a rough day I lost a very good friend today due to diabetes and age he lived a long life though ninety one years old he got a sore on his foot and went downhill fast.
Rotisserise! Love it Ryan😂 And Steve chipping in with bendage. I was gonna ask if the Cosmo was well balanced in the jig, but why would it be any different from the rest of the inhabitants of the workshop?! Love it when the pair of you are working together.
I'm so looking forward to seeing this car come together it's in the best place to be a great car again I've never seen one before it looks like a fun car great video cheers guys Paul
Great channel guys! Weekend warrior here. I found out about you by seeing Matt Armstrong’s name on his E24 resto. I wish I saw your techniques a few years ago. I did a lower trunk perforations repair on an E30 and overlapped the patches because I was burning through. Didn’t know/realize you can manage the heat by spot welding it! BTW why do you tap the patch with a hammer after laying down some spot welds? Also I bought another angle grinder to use for cutting thank to watching your videos. I was struggling with cuts using a Sawsal and Dremel.
There’s more metal in the rotisserie bits you just made than the car 🤣 what a crock someone must really love that car and have buckets of unwanted cash I guess Sheesh ! Looks like your gonna be spending a lot of time with that 👍
Great video 👍Well firstly you gonna need a bigger box and a bigger brush 😂, and stop showing off with that bloody track crane 100 ton?,ever thought about lowering the Mazda on to a MX-5 platform 😮
I have had a real rubbish morning dealing with idiots, came home and this flashed up, deep joy you have tickled my inner Zen, i have the same problem with my morris, so rather than slot into the top hat sections I am going to take a bar under the car well clear of the panel, then weld a plate at 90 degrees to pick up the mountings behind it, the trammel drop arms are adjustable so I can make sure its centred that way, I am using an Ade foreman jig with comes with a few more features, but its designed for idiots like me !! that look Steve gave the camera, just like my old man does, and he is 90
I've worked on all the old Mazdas rx 2 rx3 r100 except the Cosmo and the weird thing is its closer to an rx 7 series one chassis low down to the ground. there designs have the biggest mood swings I've ever seen a car company have but by far the rx 3 chassis is the most sketchy and dangerous I won't even put them on a rotisserie
Nice, lot of work ahead, but that’s half the fun.found 70 cosmo ,automatic.on E bay motors looked very nice ,I thought it was quite cheap,in the U S.was showing asking price 25 K.don’t know if that was asking price or a bid,did not say.great video as always.keep doing what your doing.👍👍👍😎😎😎

Fantastic work from Steve and Abraham Lincoln. Love the work you do guys, but i must confess watching the Cosmo from the back end it looks like a Chevette! Once again first class!
I was wondering who he reminded me of
A.L Was not so skillfull
@@berndcassel2581 lol, yeah Adin Louw is not that skillful....hahaha
This is totally EPIC . All the best with this build folks . A great wee Winter Project
I think yours're going to need a bigger box for the rust and off cuts! Love the jig
Thanks for the return to life one legend of the cars, Cosmo 110
Superb as always. Ryan is a legend
It makes me feel tired just watching you two. Great video.
Mad safety squint action on that welding.
Bendage will be my word for the week. 😄
Fabulous! This is excellent Saturday entertainment. Thanks again and keep up the brilliant Old Skool Mazda work! :^)

Wow, two Cosmo restorations in GB at the same time!
Brilliant channel guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇬🇧
Ayup Steve and Ryan I have no doubt in my mind there is nothing you both can recreate and turn into a cracking car 👍🏻😉
you guys have some great fab skills love this
So mush better on the rotisserie. Looking forward to the next episode. 👍
It really is! Thanks Derek

Great to see that she is ready for her major surgery.
Wait, do I hear the backup beeper from the truck hauling many sheets of sheet metal for the anticipated repairs?
The back end with the lights off looks like a Vauxhall cavalier mk1
Fantastic work

Not a fan of the car , but a fan of your work
Interesting what you had to do to get that car on the roll frame. You had to get creative, well done. 👍
Rotisserise! Love it Ryan😂
And Steve chipping in with bendage.
I was gonna ask if the Cosmo was well balanced in the jig, but why would it be any different from the rest of the inhabitants of the workshop?!
Love it when the pair of you are working together.
That car looks like it's going to another challenge lol, you boys must have night mares of cutting out rust and finding more and more hehe...
Just stich it back in. Always sounds easier if you put JUST at the start😁
JUST is a four-letter word.
Like 'only' and 'plan'.
If managers use all three words in one sentence I usually shout 'Bingo' !
Awesome work as normal
What a nice looking car and what a lot of rust. Good luck to you
Nice job guys!
Love the sound of that rust at the end! Nothing you guys can’t do here!
The sound of the rust 😱
This one looks like it was parked in the sea, lots of work needed but im sure it wont take you guys long to get it looking good again 👍🏼
I love that OH Crane, what was that building used for in the past?
I'm so looking forward to seeing this car come together it's in the best place to be a great car again I've never seen one before it looks like a fun car great video cheers guys Paul

Great job lads. Be interesting to see how much rot you'll have to cut out of that one. Best regards from Ireland.
Wow that looks lot work 😳
Ryan, please share some history as to why you went for the mazda cosmo 110S?
We will have a video in the next few months which will be a channel update and build update and I will mention it in there, thanks!
There’s more metal in the rotisserie bits you just made than the car 🤣 what a crock someone must really love that car and have buckets of unwanted cash I guess Sheesh ! Looks like your gonna be spending a lot of time with that 👍
That’s a lot of work a head fairplay
Brilliant Mazda guys 😅😅😅😅
❤❤❤❤
Is this going to be a "Misery Miata"?
Great video 👍Well firstly you gonna need a bigger box and a bigger brush 😂, and stop showing off with that bloody track crane 100 ton?,ever thought about lowering the Mazda on to a MX-5 platform 😮
That's one rusty Mazda!!. It's in good hands though. Greetings from Hungary.,😊😊😊

They are lovely cars, we have an fb RX7 and an RX3 too, but they are future builds :D
What is the tubes dimensions you used to build the jig? And what is the maximum load that those castor wheels can handle?
If anyone can sort this car out it's you guys - looking forward to watching the journey!

Ik bewonder jullie dit is het echte werk geen Discovery channel
I admire you, this is the real thing, not a Discovery channel
Great Video.....looks like as much rust as the Disaster Datsun. :).....
brilliant job guys i think the cosmo is more of a disaster than the datsun..
That's sure got some ferret oxide on it. Better buy shares in Tata Steel!
👍👍👍👍👍
I think it will be easier to built new mazda taking dimension from old one
Easy as rotisserie
Where do you start!
Do you guys ever use a plasma cutter?
When did you get that toy installed?
Oh my Good 🙈
Umm hours of fun !
What make is your crane?
The cosmo Crusty
Rotaryserie
This one is going to be ‘fun’
Ryan has his work cut out here.
Disaster II, the return...
Any new disaster Datsun video coming soon ?
So they all rolled over and one fell out, there were two in the bed and the little one said: Roll over!
🛠🔩🦾🔝💣🔥
Looks worse than the 'Z', but much more worth saving.
Looks like it's almost on disaster datsun level for rust...ouch.
@0:45 'Rotisserize'; I'm already in Susie Dent's dm's. (Update: 'bendage') @10:50 'fingurlaterers'??? You went a bit too far with English there
shall we call it disaster cosmo? 😄
Cosmo is a Smallpiece
Be careful how many times you roll that car over there may not be anything left....
the most expensive pile of rust
Disaster Mazda?
Just in the moment i made coffe..:)
