It kind of reminds me of Nebras, dry cocoa, a light minty feel and fruity notes like pink pepper. Very unisex to my nose, like an upscale chocolate scent! I love how you always suggest layering combinations, those are my favorite videos to watch! I literally have a long list on my phone with layering combos 🙌🏽
I can see why, the dry cocoa powder is really similar with Nebras indeed, but Nebras to me feels much more creamy and round, I actually feel like these two would layer amazing together! I'm so happy to hear you enjoy the layering part and you find it useful, I will make sure to try to include this section in the majority of my future reviews as I love layering as well.✨ What are some of your favourite layering combinations? Thank you for watching my dear 🌹🤗🤗
Here are my all time favorite combos: -Supremacy in Oud + BR 540 -Red Tobacco + Modest Deux -Eclaire + Vanilla 28 -Arabian’s Tonka + Khamrah -Amber Oud Tobacco + Raghba 🔥
I got this and Yuzu at the beginning of the year and I really enjoy them both on their own and layered together. You're right about the packaging. Definitely doesn't look like the price you pay. Very luxurious and even a step above some other Arabian fragrance packaging.
Happy to hear you enjoy both of the fragrances! ✨ Do you find Yuzu unisex or masculine leaning? Thank you for watching and thank you for sharing your thoughts on Cacao 🤗🌹
I love this fragrance and I appreciate your informative, in-depth review. Smells like a perfume-y cacao, sophisticated and grown-up. I can't wait to wear it in cooler weather. And, don't worry, we all have had a trauma with self- tanning products. 😂
Thank you for watching my dear! 🤗🤗🌹 Yes, for my next order on Dubai Collection I will make sure to add a sample of Qissa Delicious as well. If you decide to test Cacao I'd love to hear your thoughts on the fragrance. ✨
Thank you for the review. I have sample of this and I definitely like it. Do I like enough to purchase full bottle? I'm not yet sure. I'll be definitely trying these of your layering suggestions. Though on my skin it works ok on its own.
Let me know how you feel about the layering combos, I hope you'll enjoy them! 🥳 Thank you for watching dear and for sharing your thoughts on the fragrance 🤗🌹
If you never tried a self tanner before, different ones react differently on your skin. And like you said, the lights possibly bring it out differently.
I'm not very knowledgeable in this area, I've only tried some gradual tanners throughout the years but that's about it. I'm looking for a self tanner with a dark green-ish olive undertone, have you tried any you could recommend me? ✨️ Thank you for watching dear 🤗🌹
@@AFragrantGlance I'm actually very fair so unfortunately I don't know any with that undertone. Over 20 years ago I would go to the tanning beds because I hated being fair lol. I'm still not crazy about it, but I just don't do anything now other than bronze my face with makeup.
Hi I purchased this fragrance based on your lovely review and I have paired it with modest deux choco musk and khadlaj empire victor. All smell exquisite! What are your thoughts on layering it with a rose perfume? Love your videos! Layering combos are my favorite 😉 ❤
I'm so so happy to hear you enjoy it, thank you for watching dear and thank you for trusting my recommendations! 🤗🌹 I think it would but it depends a lot on the type of rose, I think the most 'natural' it would layer with a gourmand leaning rose accord (anything with a pronounced vanillic undertone to complement the sweetness of Cacao) but I'm thinking it would also layer great as well with a rose & patchouli (if you would like to add a gourmand undertone to the scent, usually cacao and patchouli are a good match). The only types of rose accords I feel like it wouldn't layer well is with a dewy green crisp rose or with a very citrusy rose at it might clash with the sweetness of Cacao but I'd say just have fun and explore layering it with different scent in your collection and see how you feel about the combo. ✨
Qissa Delicious I haven't smelled it unfortunately so I can't compare them. As for Nebras, to me the similar aspect about them is that both share a cocoa powder accord but Nebras feels much creamier and denser texture wise while Cacao feels much more powdery dusty and dry. I also find Cacao much sweeter compared to Nebras (this has a beautiful muted quality about it, and it feels overall much more creamy and the cocoa powder there is just a facet is not the main accord I detect). Thank you for watching dear 🤗🌹
Thank you for watching! 🤗🌹 I haven't smelled yet Eclaire but between Choco Musk, CACAO and Nebras, Choco Musk is definitely the sweetest, then Cacao and Nebras to me is the least sweet (still sweet though).
It is so strange that I have a completely different experience with this fragrance! I seriously wonder if I got a bad batch. In my bottle, I do not get any sweetness at all - it smells like a very bitter or unsweetened chocolate or cocoa powder. It also has a very strong barnyardy oud note, which I do not enjoy. I thought maybe it just needed to sit, so I kept it for at least 6 months and tried it again. Unfortunately, it still smells the same, and I just cannot tolerate that barnyardy oud note. I have not heard anyone else mention this oud note, so I am thinking maybe something in the fragrance turned, and that is why I am getting that unpleasant note. I was so excited about getting this fragrance, but it was such a disappointment!
I'm so sorry to hear you had this experience with the fragrance, I don't smell any oud accord in mine and it's very sweet as well, unfortunately I don't have anymore the packaging to check the batch date for my bottle. Thank you for watching and thank you for sharing your experience with the fragrance 🤗🌹
I had the same experience with Nasheet by Lattafa. People love it so much and mine smells horrible. I’ve let it macerate since January. No change. I think it’s possible for it to go bad! I’m happy they are inexpensive, at least. 😊
@@AFragrantGlance If it weren't for your review, I wouldn't have been pretty sure that I got a bad batch! ❤❤ Thanks for sharing all the details...maybe I will try to get a sample to see if it is any better than my bottle!
Thanks for reminding me to bust this out of perfume jail. When I first got it, it was not so pleasant. Bitter? Herbal? A month later, it smells delicious.
'Perfume jail' ahaha I had such a good laugh reading you comment.😂❤️ I'm happy to hear the fragrance has improved and you enjoy it now! Thank you for watching dear 🤗🌹
I'm sorry to hear that. I found it pretty screechy as well in the opening when I tried it for the first few times but luckily it got better after it got to sit. Thank you for watching my dear 🤗🤗🌹

Is it comparable to nebras & qissa delicious in any way?
