I realized a few things after watching it scene-by-scene so check out my Breakdown video (link below) if you're interested and lemme know your thoughts.

if you notice, the waterfall, and windows in certain scenes, you'll notice that it was set in fontaine. Also since the harbingers are established this isn't 500 years ago as 1. the Fatui are already established, the Jester is there meaning Khaenri'ah has long fallen, 2. Freminet has experience with the previous knave if im not wrong so there is no possible way that freminet is over 500 years old. Also, the two "unknown" character are just Scaramouche and Signora in their harbinger coats
Yeah, I realized a few of these things in my breakdown (pinned comment). We're probably gonna go back to the orphanage since it's in Fontaine during Arlecchino story quest. It's also probably where we fight her with her current children (similar to how she fought mother).
