Why should this be a problem correlated with a tune? Only if your headgasket is broken. But thats a mechanical issue.
Dont know mate in mine it goes heaters in the dash and go to limp mode and i dont know why

The Limiting factor is always the injectors. On a correctly tuned engine you see figures somewhere between 245-255HP with stock fuel system.
Cost? 😂
