I have a question, if in the case of concurrent list subject, centre and state gives different decisions then I've read it somewhere that centre gonna prevail, so what's the point of making a third list when the priority is given to centre's interpretation always over state's?
shubham actually these list are the only subject matter in which center, state can make law. these are not decision.
and secondly accordingly to Article 249 parliament has pawer to legislate in state list matter when that subject matter important in national interest and in Article 250 parliament make law only when state emergency imposed.
so not always center have pawer to make law on the matter of state but in special given circumstances they can do so.
